PANTHER Survey Seeks Physician Input on When Oral Anticoagulants Should Be Resumed After GI Bleeds
The ISTH invites all physicians who manage oral anticoagulation after gastrointestinal bleeding to complete a short survey for the Post-Bleed Management of Antithrombotic Therapy (PANTHER) Research Program, led by Deborah Siegal, M.D., from McMaster University in Ontario, Canada.
Participants will be eligible for a drawing to win a free iPad!
Responses will help to understand the factors that influence decision-making around whether and when to resume oral anticoagulants (OAC) in patients following a gastrointestinal bleed. This study has been reviewed and approved by the Hamilton Integrated Research Ethics Board #5471.
